Accuracy tracks source quality. Clean, typed, or well-formatted documents extract far more reliably than handwriting, so a whiteboard scrawl will need more corrections than a printed delivery bill. And if a form has a cluster of similarly labelled fields, don’t reach for Fill the Entire Form out of habit, use Fill Current Section instead. It’ll save you a review pass later.
