FAQ

Which pricing plan is best for me?

That depends on the size of your project and scope of work.
Free plan: Great for small teams or individuals looking to test Novade without any financial commitment
Standard plan: A simple and easy-to-use solution, perfect for small teams managing field operations on small projects
Premium plan: Ideal for medium to large businesses seeking operational excellence at scale.
Enterprise plan: Ideal for mega projects or large Enterprise looking for a fully customisable solution

Can I trial a product for free before purchasing it?

Yes! We offer a free version for up to 5 users and 5 projects. You can also try the Standard or Premium versions for up to 7 days free with no obligation to subscribe and no credit card required.

Is there a minimum number of users required?

All Novade plans have no minimum user number requirement.

Do I need to pay for View Only users?

View Only users are free on Novade Free, Standard and Premium plans. They do not occupy a seat but they are limited to viewing data and adding comments.

Can some users be on a free plan and some on other plans?

To have access to the same project, all users need to be on the same plan. If you need to add free users to a paid plan, you can add View Only users who can only view data and add comments.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. For payment methods other than credit cards, please contact the Novade team.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If you have been paying for your subscription via credit card you can cancel your Novade Standard and Premium plan at any time and your plan will be cancelled at the next billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds to subscriptions.
For users who are paying using other methods or Novade Enterprise customers, please contact us if you are considering cancelling your subscription.

Which languages does Novade Support?

Novade Free, Standard and Premium is available in English, French & Bahasa Indonesia. Support for more languages is in the works. Please contact us if you have need for a particular language.
Novade Enterprise is available in English, French, Bahasa Indonesia, Traditional Chinese and Spanish.

Does Novade offer support and training?

Novade Standard is very easy to use. You can access our Helpdesk Centre for videos and tutorials, or email us at support.nl@novade.net for support.
For Novade Premium and Novade Enterprise plans, we offer a large range of services including digital transformation consulting, deployment support, training, integration, analytics, and AI strategy. For more information, email us at support.nl@novade.net.

Can I upgrade to Novade Premium or Enterprise?

If you are on a Novade Free or Standard plan and are paying by credit card, you can upgrade to a Novade Premium plan yourself within the web app.
