- Fixed issues:
- Resolved an issue about form filters not working consistently in different form pages

- Web – Updated all the Quality and Safety ‘Types’ pages to a table format allowing users to view more information at a glance
- Fixed issues:

- Auto-archival not archiving rejected forms
- Risk level being checked for action confirmation even if risk levels were disabled in the project

- Mobile – Added a Home button to help users quickly navigate back to the project landing page

- Power users were not able to edit some qualifications when no workflow is configured
