Mr. Spock, status report?
How many times have you had to put together a report updating your boss with progress from site? And you don’t have Mr. Spock’s Vulcan powers, so you’ve had to take photos, transfer them from your phone to your computer, create an Excel or Word document and email it or WhatsApp it to your equivalent of Captain Kirk (let’s face it, all bosses are a bit impatient, aren’t they?).
Site Reports are used to:
- Update remote teams on project progress (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Capture evidence of work done
- Make payment claims (especially for specialty contractors)
Site Reports is one of the processes that we have made extremely simple to digitise on Novade.
Basic version:
- Take photos and export as PDF. It’s that simple.
Advanced version:
- Download the Site Report Template from the template library
- Fill in the form, add photos, and you’re done
Custom version:
- Create your own form template (or start with the Site Report template and tweak it)
- Fill in the form, so on and so forth
