Which pricing plan is best for me?

That depends on the size of your project and scope of work.
Free: good for digitizing a handful of forms or managing a small team
Standard: great for specialist contractor, builder or service provider juggling many jobs across multiple worksites
Project: excellent for or large complex projects to digitise all your site processes from the ground up.
Company: One-stop shop to your digitisation journey with the full suite of tools, analytics, integrations, and support

Can I trial a product for free before purchasing it?

Yes! We offer fully functional trial for up to 5 users and there is no credit card required for your free trial.

Is there a minimum number of users required?

All Novade plans have no minimum user number requirement. Whether you are looking for a coordination tool to keep track of your own activities or managing the entire programme of work with people across multiple jobsites, Novade will scale to any size project.

Can some of my users be on a free plan and some on other plans?

To have access to the same project, all user needs to be on the same plan. If you are an existing client of Novade Project or Company, you can create a free or standard account; however, your users will not have access to your existing projects.

What if I’m not satisfied?

You can cancel your Novade Standard plan at any time and your plan will be cancelled at the next billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds to subscriptions.

For Novade Project or Company customers, please contact us if you are considering cancelling your subscription.

Does Novade offer training?

Novade Standard is very easy to use – create, assign, schedule and prioritise tasks with ease. It’s the most intuitive form builder on the market and with Drag and Drop design you can be up and running in minutes. Novade Lite users can access our Helpdesk Centre for videos and tutorials, or email us at [email protected] for customer support. For Novade Project and Company customers, our team of consultants also offer customized training. We have user tutorials and more at our Helpdesk Centre or reach us at [email protected] and we will respond within one business day.

Can I upgrade to Novade Project or Company?

Our Novade Project and Company solutions have digitised field operations for the world’s largest contractors, developers, and facility operators for 7+ years. To upgrade your Novade Standard subscription to Novade Project or Company, contact us.
