Novade Platform

• • Updated the Password Expiry Notification to include the Database Name, and Date of Expiry
  • Fixed issues:
    • Some requests to the API were failing randomly when too many requests were sent at the same time
    • Subforms have the main form’s header colour instead of their own in PDF export

• • Fixed issues:
    • The count of forms was not correct in template forms page when filters were applied
    • Incompatible template types still have the custom notification feature tab shown
    • ‘Assign To’ button is missing in defects list for projects that do not have contractors
    • The “Clear all filters” button was not working properly
    • The homeowner signature was shown in the unit landing page
    • Mandatory checkbox fields that were sometimes considered as filled during form submission even if the checkbox was not ticked
    • The assignee filter option not being available for all users in the defects list page
    • Some irrelevant pictures included in inspection PDF export
    • The report server ran out of storage and was unable to perform normally
    • The server storage was full and windward server was unable to perform normally
    • Defect dashboard designer could not be opened when the user does not have a company
    • A user was not receiving notifications nor having any actions under ‘My Actions’ when he was supposed to
    • The “Go to Step” button was not displayed at the desired step
    • Some users not considered as read-only even if they had no rights enabled
    • Timeslots were not showing when booking a handover for a unit
    • The inspection form could not be opened on mobile
    • Photos attached to form photo field were displayed twice

• Fixed issues:
  • Display the current template name in the meeting list view
  • The user could not see the list of PTWs when clicking on specific states
  • Location filter not working for actions when locations have the same name in different projects
  • Conditional workflow led to the wrong state when submitting a form
