- Web – Saved changes to table column widths for the user, unless the cache is cleared or the user logs out or restarts the browser
- Web – Added Usage Statistics for Insights custom dashboards
- Removed the ability to create Insights level dashboards under Custom Script Dashboard. Custom dashboards for Insights can now be created using the Insights Custom Dashboard feature.
- Lifted the previous restriction of a maximum of 5 users for CC selection and reintroduced the ability to select Groups and Companies for CC in Defects, Inspections, Actions, and Observations
- Added the ability to set the language setting on the web application to Russian and therefore ability to use Novade in Russian for Quality
- Fixed issues:
- PTW API endpoints not including PTW attendees
- 2FA security codes not being sent by email
- SSO users being randomly logged out when opening the app on the web
Novade Quality
- Mobile – Added the ability for Form and Defect dashboard designer to be viewable by Homeowners
- Added the ability to see the ‘Next Request’ if requests are linked to each other
- Fixed issues:
- Defect plan was not included in PDF export
- A “|” that was added to the owner of form after its submission
- PDF exports not being sent by email
- Case target completion date not being set when the case is confirmed if the case defects were already confirmed
Novade Safety-HSE
- Mobile – Added the ability to filter people by Company/Team/Group/Tag on the Add/Remove People page for Safety Forms, Meetings, and PTWs
- Fixed issues:
- Confirmed meeting attendance was displayed in ‘My Tasks’
- Meeting attendees names not being displayed in dashboard designer
- Punch item not working for actions even if actions feature is enabled in the project
- The filters were not available for safety forms and incidents lists in draft stages
- The form creation did not work when accessing a project from the Start App
Novade Site Diary
- Fixed issue:
- The deletion of activities in site reports was not working
Novade People
- Web – Added a redirection for admins to automatically go to the configuration error page upon accessing the People module (if there are errors)
- Fixed issues:
- Changing username via Excel would not be reflected right away on profile page
- A user not able to create a user account on mobile App
Project Center
- Added the ability to make custom fields mandatory for Observations
- Added a ‘Go aTo Dashboard’ button for admins to easily navigate to the actual dashboard from the custom dashboard settings page
- Added the ability to customise the Excel export for forms using tags for standard fields under the Template ‘Export Excel’ tab
- Fixed issue:
- The Unit Types page was taking about 7 seconds to display
